Due to the nature of the item, for sanitary purposes there are no refunds or exchanges. However In the unlikely event that you have received a damaged item, we will gladly replace it. If you have received a damaged or faulty item you must notify us within 7 days.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at email@example.com, we will provide you with return instructions.
To return your product.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Upon receipt of your order, please check the goods are in perfect condition and notify us straight away if there is a problem. The item is your responsibility until it reaches us therefore we recommend that you send the parcel using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods .
If returning goods from OUTSIDE the EU please be aware of excessive clearance fees from courier services, we will either refuse delivery or charge the fees back to you. You must ensure the value on the parcel is listed as “ZERO” and you CLEARLY write "RETURNED GOODS" on the customs form and the parcel itself as we will not accept parcels that incur duty charges.
